Reprehensible, unless there truly was a dire emergency. I could see some concerned individual marshaling a huge search party, after someone's idea of a joke.
Oshi Shikigami, I agree. It's a horrible joke. I saw another paper nailed to another tree with a drawing of the slender man (I don't live too far away from where the girl was stabbed as a sacrifice to slender man).
