#leadinglines   About Traditions in Vorarlberg / Austria In 2 weeks, after end of carnival, there will be the so called "Funkensonntag", celebrated on Saturday or Sundays. It's a sort of Bonfire to say goodbye to winter.  This is a picture of last year, where they had prepared the main firs for the coming celebration. For the fires, they also use recycled Christmas trees. Location: Rhinebridge and Rhineforeland boarderzone, Rhine River, Koblach - Oberriet, Austria - Switzerland

Apropos #LeadingLines  und Kulturgenuss: Interessante Bauwerke:  Montforthaus Feldkirch, Vorarlberg, Austria Nachtphotographie, Montforthaus von außen, Beleuchtung  Mit einem fulminanten Start wurde das Montforthaus als neues Kultur- und Kongresszentrum  in Feldkirch,  Anfang Jänner nach 5 jähriger Bauzeit, neu eröffnet.   Ein frischer Wind weht durch die Stadt: Im Herzen von Feldkirch ist das neue Montforthaus. Sinnvoll tagen. Kultur mittendrin. Unterhaltung im Zentrum. Veredelt von einer Architektur, die gekonnt einen spannenden Raum gestaltet. Verlinkt mit der einmaligen, historischen Altstadt und dem Prinzip der ökologischen Nachhaltigkeit verpflichtet. So wird das Haus zum Treffpunkt für Menschen aus nah und fern. Die offene Architektur lässt ständigen Dialog zwischen Besuchern und Passanten zu und fügt sich sensibel in die Feldkircher Altstadt ein.
