I like the red flower in the dancer's hair, matching the dress's and the carpet's color. The movement is well captured, although I'm afraid I'd like more clarity in the face of the girl. In addition I think the door is distracting, I'd try cropping farther and reducing the shadows.

One other thing I would do, with the B&W, is to lighten the rendering of the purple cloth. it would help delineate the difference of the two cloths, and not confuse them together.
