Dilettante Photography: Retrospective

I made a photo collage of what was visible for me of 27–28. Juli 2018 —* Total Lunar Eclipse . Missed the total phase...and it came up behind the mountain on 23.30 p.m. I►Adding my former video from the eclipse 2015: Super Moon Observation of the Lunar Eclipse Sept2015 from Austria https://youtu.be/aFdHe51CuPQ Total lunar eclipses are also sometimes called Blood Moons because of the reddish-orange glow the Moon takes on during the eclipse. On the day of the eclipse, the Full Moon is also at its farthest from the Earth, so it looks a little smaller in the sky, making this a Blood Micro Moon eclipse. This time Mars was very close to the eclipsed Moon and easy to see with naked eyes, weather permitting .

Have a pleasant start to the new week! Zeppelin flying by, which is always amazing! Zeppelin NT, the NT stands for "New Technology", but the idea of the Zeppelin is more than 110 years old. Already on the 2nd July 1900, the first Zeppelin rose in to the air from the Lake. There is an old legend about the so called "Black Lake": "The water woman in the black lake" : In the Satteinser forest is lonely the black lake. Tall fir trees surround the edge of the river bank and the dark mirror shines with an eerie glow. A water woman lives deep in the bottom. Woe, if one dares to go into the flood! It rises and embraces him with strong arms. No one has escaped the lake yet; he does not even return the dead corpse. Today the "Ice Saint" days have started with pretty cold weather and heavy rain. This capture i took yesterday evening. Gorgeous sunset at the nature reserve of the Old Rhine . The surface was covered with polen and it started to rain. The Ice Saints: In parts of the Northern Hemisphere, the period from May 12 to May 15 is often believed to bring a brief spell of colder weather in many years, including the last nightly frosts of the spring. Pupils of Galileo confirmed this weather pattern for the years 1655-70 and reported a marked cold snap over the days of the Ice Saints .
