Got my FujiFilm X-Pro-1 converted to infrared and ultraviolet, with removal of the, "Hot Mirror" in-front of the Bayer sensor. It now extends both ways from viable light. I also got some filters, to accentuate the ends of the spectrum, or deep (inviable) IR only. This is just a start, with playing with this. My first impression with this is that I have double the range of colors I can get. Like my editing sliders that went to "100" in photo editing before, now go to "200"! I should have lots of fun with this. It is so exciting! And I have just begun... :-)

Has any of you used Lensbaby Velvet 56 lens? If so, how did you like it? I have been thinking about ordering me one - but now one I know here in Iceland has it and they don´t sell it here - so I would need to order it online from BH photovideo or some other place. Please give me your thoughts on it if you have used this lens, Thank you :)

Seeking for a tripod.  Hello everyone, I'm looking for new, not overly expensive (not too much above 100 bucks) tripod. It needs to be sturdy but light, with a good ball head.  Most famous brands sell their products for a significantly higher prices while I am not familiar enough with smaller brands to trust their products. Could you - perhaps - suggest anything? To make a discussion simpler, lets narrow the inquiry farther.
