Frankfurt am Main / Germany Streetlight at Opernplatz The idea for this photo was to create a #backlight picture of the streetlight. What I didn't expect were the clouds that created pretty interesting shadows in the sky! I only noticed that when checking and processing the RAW image with #Lightroom5 a few days after shooting the picture. This is a photo from July 2014 made wich my #Canon #EOS650D . St. Pauli - Hafenstraße (Hamburg, February 2015) The green bikes were part of the barricade built by squatters and anti - establishment combatants in the mid - 1980ies to save the Hafenstaße squat from being invaded by the police. The riots lasted (on and off) for around ten years. Today the 12 buildings of the Hafenstraße riots are owned by a cooperative administered by the residents. And the bikes of the barricade have been turned into a piece of street art. #hamburg   #hamburgphotographers   #cityphotography
