In my opinion, by default Lightroom mostly increases the lighting just a bit, blackens the black colors, whitens the whites. Your "editing" creates an impression of better lit corners but at the same time a more "HDR" like feeling due to the almost complete lack of shadows. Did you use only the natural light, falling from the window above?
This was available light, although there was some week lighting fixtures Note upper left corner. These lights added a small touch of warm glossy specular highlight, and that was real minimal, otherwise it was daylight coming through a large window on the left.
I will post editing settings a little later. As I wanted to get a few more inputs, before making comments. But thank you both for yours.
