Originally shared by Dylan van Graan And this is how AAD 2018 got underway, apparently the largest SAAB Gripen formation ever on public display in South Africa, some Hawks thrown in for good measure.
Originally shared by Dylan van Graan So Waterkloof AAD2018 is done and dusted but work haven’t stopped yet. Selections made and edited, the next step is the articles I’ve committed to write covering the event. First share though, the only B&W for the day.
Originally shared by Dylan van Graan Been a while! These are the first edits from last weekend’s Rand Air Show. Fast becoming my favorite event of the year.
Originally shared by Dylan van Graan This one is from Swartkop 2017. I managed to get my hands on the Tamron 150-600 G2 for the show and must say I like the compositional options the longer lens provides. This one started in color but got “mangled” into B&W by Snapseed. No idea how that happened........
Originally shared by Dylan van Graan Spent quite a while waiting for the falls to hit the rock in just the right way, that’s after running up the trail in my work clothes after a meeting with a customer and running back again before the shut the gates on me. Bridal Veil Falls in Sabie, South Africa. One of the rare occasions where the “vision” matched the result :)
