Thank you very much Anne Elling. I thought the display was pretty creative myself. The store is pretty cool. The guy has a tumbleweed hanging from the ceiling, it looks very cool in there even though it was just grabbed off the street. It's the proprietor's daughter's favorite thing (she even named it). A woman came in and offered $200 USD for the tumbleweed, the daughter wouldn't let it be sold.
Askewed View Photographic Arts photos by Keith A. Russell Seems a nice store to wander around. Good for her! It's nice to hear when people are proud of the things they do! Not everything is for sale ;-)
Anne Elling, yup it is a great store. The smell of wood, paint, and varnish only add to it (too bad I couldn't add that). Yup, not everything is for sale, especially Tumbe the Tumbleweed!
That's indeed a great idea to show furniture! I've seen this before, a whole wall dressed with kitchen chairs...
ReplyDeleteVery nice picture!

ReplyDeleteI like both. Nice and unusual compositions: flying chairs :) I assume you created HDRs first and then converted them into b&w?
ReplyDeleteMichael Mossiagin Thank you so much. You are correct on the post processing. The textures in the shop were just so great.
