The village Kennelbach was until 1950 the seat of the manufacturer Schindler family. 1992 the Villa was purchased by the Kennelbach municipality. Now used as municipal offices and partly also home for dilapidated. The 80 m² large music hall was designed in German Renaissance Revival and the park is given life with cultural events like this one was.
