Hi. I need your brutally honest opinion on which photo I should use for my LinkedIn profile and my pond5 artist page. My issues 1. Portraits should be in 3:4 format but majority of websites these days require a square portrait. How to fit a rectangle into a square placeholder? 2. I look crap, especially in colour I'd appreciate your critique and advice. Thanks
