  1. I have never been to Rom but pictures like yours make me want to visit! Shooting architecture is frequently tricky, especially when a very short focal length is used as vertical or barrel distortions are usually created. Luckily there are programs now that can easily fix this kind of deformations. Personally I use Adobe Lightroom 5 to do that.

  3. Manfred Ruland I'm not familiar with the latest editions of Corel Paint Shop - does it have a "straightening" capability? As far as I remember, older versions did not have it.

  4. Michael Mossiagin what Corel has is Tonnen. cushion -., and fisheye distortion but I think the requirement (travel photography) that is provided, the program is then sufficient.
I hope you can read this! (Translater)

  5. Google Translator works for my purposes as well as Corel Draw for yours! I understand you well enough :) Please do not take my comments as a criticism, it was rather a suggestion. I agree: in contrast to professional photography, where photographer tries to satisfy his/her clients' tastes, pictures we characterize as "Travelling Photography" are usually made with a sole purpose of satisfying their creator - the photographer and therefore he/she is the only one, who sets up the requirements.
