Lagoon under a Full Moon (Bass Harbor, Maine / USA, June 2013)

From a technical point of view, I guess this is not a good picture. Hand-held with an exposure time of one second and ISO 1600. However, I like it.

By the way: This lagoon, located within Acadia National Park, is directly connected with the Atlantic Ocean through a narrow sort of channel. This obviously is good for the fishermen as the lagoon is a natural harbor. However, they are only able to go out fishing according to the tide tables. I took this picture at around 9.30 p.m. The next morning the water was almost completely gone...
