Results are in!!  I appreciate you hanging with me....  Everyone did a great job reviewing the color spectrum and trying to find the contrasts.  Some are really great finds!  The pics I chose were because they also have that something extra special..... 

First up:
송민호  because this capture is so simple, yet effective.  Lines headed down with some texture, white barrier, and odd squares headed up.  Contrasting colors:  red/cyan

Second up:
Michael Mossiagin  because this picture is an urban landmine for an awaking city:  lines of pipe, layered in circles, the caution pillar, and the city on the right.  Contrasting colors:  blue/orange

Third up:
Igor Rybnikov  because this picture is telling a story between two people, possibly in intense conversation, with a tight crop (which I like).  Contrasting colors:  red/cyan
