OK, to restate: I am only going on the looks to the two persons in these photos. Don't know them, never met them, never talked to them, never talked to anyone that does know them.
Just going by observation:
In no particular order...
She has not likely washed her hair in several days. This would rule out a "expected special occasion" of significance, or a long time planed event.
Her earnings and one viewable ring are simple. Again reinforcing above. She has not gone out of her way to look seductive. Nor is her blouse, Indicating both a long term relationship, and an occasion not of significant importance.
His hair is close cropped, but he also has a close cropped beard. Possibly a tradesman, or a 'on the upwards mobile' saliery-man. Other option an ex military man, though appears a bit young for that.
He has a small bi-folded document in his pocket. Perhaps indicating her has plans for some organized event later - if she approves.
He is holding a fairly expensive and trendy camera in his hand. Perhaps again the upwardly mobile type. As he does not hold it as a professional would. Not likely a serious photographer.
OK - that's enough for now. LOL So, tell me, any idea how close I am? :-)
OK, again I will state, that I am reading, only from these photos. I have never met, I do not know, the people in the photos. I m only guessing from the looks of the pictures. nothing more. I may be 100% inaccurate. I do not wish to embarrass, or otherwise interfere with whatever relationship these two may, or may not have.
Oshi Shikigami As usually, you are seriously on track on the ''suspects''. I only should mention that, in my view, he is very hesitant and unsure, you can trust me on that. She, even though is not ''elegant'' dressed, has a certain note of ''noblesse'' in her stand and looked much more experienced than he is. She is holding him somehow when he approached her, while he doesn't put his hands on her; she is dominant and with a born elegance and her hair with that sky in monochrome has captured my attention. I'll post one more photo of her, while she was taking a photo.
They have known each other for a while, perhaps work? Perhaps even thought about having a relationship. But had not pursued it until now, because it wouldn't work. Probably friends egging them on. "They have so much in common!" Neither are the "romantic" type, at least not to themselves evaluation.
They agree on a "date", though neither thinks it's going to work. So they do not have high expectations, nor do they prepare for it much. "because it's not going to work'...
They get together, in a not to private place, and even figure to try some (awkward) romance...
