The composition is nice. The subjects interesting.
I think the micro-contrast is a bit over-driven. You see halos around the plants barbs. The sky seems a bit "grainy" (often caused by the same).
I like the silhouette effect. But the clouds, that are there, have a little magenta cast to them. This could be from over-saturation.
The background trees, are so dark as to have almost no color except for a green fringe. This again is likely from the over sharpening. They could be all black, and that's OK. But I think the plants would stand out a bit more if the background was a dark color, green, instead. The telephone or power wires are a distraction, especially when a bit fuzzy.
Myself, and this is just one approach, would be to loose the wires, and the background. Keep a silhouette, but loose everything else. Soften the sky and clouds, or let it go a soft blue with not detail at all. Possibly show color tones or detail at the line between sky and plant, leaving the bulk of the plants black, with no "fringing". :-)
I think Oshi Shikigami has covered most of it. 1) a bit too grainy. 2) wires and trees in the corners could have been easily taken out. 3) and idea is good. Flowers' silhouettes on the blue sky can make it an impressive composition if that was what you had in mind.
Michael Mossiagin I did want to get the silhouette against the sky and the grainy feel was also intended. The halo, Oshi Shikigami mentioned was also intended around the flower. As it was to bring out the faint touch of the sunlight on the back of the plant.
