I like the almost pastel look of it. The colors harmonize well. The only thing I wonder about is it's lack of sharpness. It almost looks like it's very slightly out of focus. If this was intentional, I would either not do it, or go a bit further, achieving a sort of misty look to it.
I second Oshi Shikigami . Besides, the whole composition looks slanted to me - mostly because I can clearly see the background. It would be difficult to make just the background less pronounced but blurring the whole picture may indeed create an interesting effect. If I zoom the picture up I can see the darker outline - possibly due to over sharpening. If your intention was to use the tree trunks to frame the colorful reflections on the water, perhaps cropping closer the right side of the picture would be a good idea. Placing the main subject right in the middle of the frame sometimes makes the picture more static although I do not think it was a very good idea in this particular case. IMHO
