Subway Station at Night: Reeperbahn Station (Hamburg, April 2015)
I took this photo at around 11.50 pm. Actually, the station only seems to be deserted. I had to wait some time to get this situation. And it lasted only for say five seconds. After all Reeperbahn is Hamburg's famous nightlife district. The city's most sinful mile as they say. Life begins here only after 12 am...

The other option is to stop the lens way down, stack on some ND filters, and go for a time exposure. Done right, you can get one long enough, to make every (moving) person in the photo totally disappear. Except for maybe a pair of shoes placed by a wall somewhere :-)
