You posted in Scaffold, so I will try for an unprejudiced analysis. :-)
The composition has it's "hot spot" located close to the edge of the frame. It may be stronger, if it were closer to the center, but not bulls' eyed.
Excluding the specular highlight, the photo is very low contrast, and muddy. I think it would have better impact, if there was significantly higher contrast.
There is some foliage on the right, but it is hard to see. If you want a foreground, to give depth to the shot, it would be much more powerful, if it were more visible. Again, higher contrast would help.
It is an interesting composition with nice elements, that could be improved easily, to be really impressive.
