  1. It is clear that the woman in the center of the frame is its prime focus (at least I think so) but placing her off center and may be closing up would make the picture more dynamic imho. There is a lot going on in the picture and the isolation is not too clear. Personally, I try avoiding "cut off" hands on the picture. If it was me, I would definitely use aperture wider than f/11 but I'm looking at it as a street portrait which may not be what you had in mind. Just my "two cents"... have a good time of the day!
