I like the intend as I understand it: raw natural art, and texture.
Possibly I missed the point. The strange arrangement in the center above the center line, and the bunch of shells in the bottom left give a uncertain reading of the intent. The DOF blur in the top corners in my opinion, in a similar way, makes me wonder.
Henri-Pierre Chavaz Thank you. I was struggling for light (late afternoon in the shade), which forced my aperture wide. And I admit I was concentrated on the lobster claw above the centre line. Your constructive criticism is much appreciated, & I will have another look at this on the large monitor to see if a better crop is available
