It's a bit hard to see in my smartphone, but I think it says Balilla on the grill, which would mean it was a Fiat 508 from the 30s. Some trivia for you: it was named after a boy, Giovanni Battista Perasso (whose nickname was Balilla). He lived Italy in the 1800s and was credited with starting a revolt in Genoa, against the Austrian occupation.
