    Michael is the twig of a dogwood? i ask, because in times when it freezes here, the red twigs are one of the rare strong colors

  6. Naturpunkt by Gina M. I admit, I had to double check as I did not pay attention to this detail at the shooting time. I thought that perhaps it was the red maple...but you proved to be correct: it was Red Osier Dogwood indeed! Thank you!

  7. Michael Mossiagin As in winter it is not so easy to find interesting colored contrasts, i always enjoy the ones with dogwood.
