I thought this one might be better Michael Mossiagin but again, tripod was being used so I went for shallow depth.

  1. i like both David! Apropo tripod. I'm looking for one, not overly expensive (not too much above 100 bucks). Most famous brands sell theirs for a significantly higher prices while I am not familiar enough with smaller brands to trust their product. Could you - perhaps - suggest anything? You know what? I'll post this question on the community board.

  2. Michael Mossiagin For that price, I had great luck with the Slik Pro II. Very, very good for $90. I still own two of them. My mirror-less just isn't enough to hold it down in the wind. traditional DLSR's wouldn't have a problem. I liked it so much, I bought a second one. Very light, very compact and very good quality in that price point.
