Results of "Whatyousee" photo task :

I must say that this is an easy subject to put out , but then when you actually start to think about what it is that you see in the mornings when you wake up, the task becomes little more difficult: how to put in a frame what it is that you see in the mornings... you start (or at least I did) to think about everything that "hits" your eyes, and realize that there are so many things , but how to photograph them comes little bit difficult :)
I had a wonderful time seeing all of you photos - and how you photographed things that are so typical things in the mornings for all of us.

8 people to part in this, with 22 photographs all together. I only counted one (1)photograph from each participant (the ones with most + (pluses)).

So here it is :
3 rd place where two(2) photographs, both with + 16
Paul Haselhorst with is wonderful face in the mirror, that made me smile, and still makes me smile :) We all wake up to a beautiful face in the mornings :)
and
Oshi Shikigami with her lovely view of her room - lying down in bed, I know everybody wants to have this kind of beautiful decorated bedroom to wake up in every morning.

2nd place goes to : (with + 23)
Igor Rybnikov with his simple photo of his lamp. One more thing that is so common to all of us to see - but you never notice it because it is always there :)

1 st. place goes to : (with + 53)
Michael Mossiagin with his Frozen Car.
Wonderful photo that shows both with color(blue) and darkness how cold and freezing it is - you just get the mood as soon as you see it. (at least I know it too well(I live in Iceland) , not the most fun part of the mornings trying to get into your car :)

Congratulations to all the winners ( of course are we all winners just by taking part) - and thank you for this wonderful insight to your lives.

  1. Thank you very much Guðbjörg Ben for conducting this challenging contest! I must say I did not think for a second that my frozen car could get such a praise... Probably early start gave me an advantage. Congratulations Oshi Shikigami , Paul Haselhorst and Igor Rybnikov ! Many thanks to all the participants!
