Great concept! Cropping out the distracting wires by clipping the shot just above the highest skyscraper and maybe taking a little off either side would increase the drama by focusing on that wonderful reflection dead center. Your talent for finding the unusual in the ordinary is well displayed here. Looking for reflections in the rails is something few would consider. Kudos!
