Homemade Miso
I really wanted to see how my 50mm F1.8 E-Mount (APS-C) lens would work on the Sony A7rii. By default, when you attach a lens designed for the APS-C sensor, the camera will automatically use only that portion of its sensor and result in a 17 MP capture.
What I did here was change the default behavior and get the full 42 MP with some heavy vignetting. I took the shot wide open, resulting in the smallest amount of vignetting, but also a really shallow DOF.
Dish: Red Miso, shrimp, shitakes, and spiced tofu over udon topped with pea shoots.
Very well done! :-)

ReplyDeleteNisah Cheatham love the dish and the picture, the colors are great. I am a fan of shoots and i know a spoon full has more minerals and vitamins than for exemple a whole salad.
