You will see a herringbone interference effect in a substantial part of the deck. It is not on the original. Nor does it show in lightroom. Only when I produce a JPG, does it show. Also I have tried changing magnification/cropping setting for the JPG, and yet it still doesn't show in Lightroom, just in the JPG, unchanged.

This is a RAW file from my Fuji X-T1. They claim to have a less regimented pattern of sensor pixels, specifically to avoid having problems like this, that can show with a camera without sensor filter, and using the common Bayor pixel layout.

So I am wondering if any of you have seen this specific problem? Or if you have any ideas what to do (besides re-shoot!)  :-)

  2. Perhaps, it is something within my computer/monitor/software that does this, not endemic in the image? Interesting.  :-)

  3. I Think I may have figured this out. By playing strongly with the magnification of the JPG file on screen, it will come and go. So this is a more' efect of my monitor at some settings...
