Besides not very high overall sharpness of the picture, the dark part at the bottom bothers me. I think darkening the picture may actually make it more contrast and natural looking. The colors look over saturated. IMHO
It almost looks like my town! I would agree about the sharpness. It is out of focus. It doesn't seem like the camera moved during exposure as the there are not jerky lines or "smears" of light typical to that. You might try "infinity" focus of you were not using it already. I like the color level but the temperature is a little blue, like up around the 4000K range.
