Beef kababs spiced with flavours of the east.

Beef kababs spiced with flavours of the east... cardamom, allspice, ginger, cinnamon - simmered and served in a sour cherry sauce... Sprinkled with toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds and served with a side of wild greens and roasted garlic mash!

Does it feed your eyes? Inspire your tastebuds? Set the drool to running? If you said 'yes' - then, this was a successful capture.........

Ha! Ha! Apparently, I have wild greens to 'spend' before the new spring greens start coming - and much eating to do! P'rhaps you'll ride along and see what I get up to ;-)

Here - a most delectable formulation for spicey beef kababs in sour cherry sauce from  https://plus.google.com/u/0/105775277429796722830 I, of course ;-) have 'wilded' it up a bit...and - thrown in a few wild greens - nettles and some goose foot chenopodium... as well as a healthy 'dose' of chopped long green chiles - just cause I can :-) The result - with a bit of garlic, and some creamy mash........... To die for!

I wonder what gorgeous tastes you might have encountered today in the wild, if you had just... stopped a moment, and looked.

Tak - thank you! Rita Dolce Here....... link to the original post that caught my eye! and Rita's how to... https://plus.google.com/105775277429796722830/posts/c2XEZ9vgzGE
