Queen Victoria Leaving Hamburg (January 2015)
Early January the QV has been at the Blohm+Voss shipyard in Hamburg for a couple of days. Purpose was the installation of a new environmental technology to clean exhaust gas and thereby reduce emmissions. Currently, Carnival Corporation (QV's ultimate owner) is installing this so called 'scrubber technology' on around 30 of it's cruise ships.
