As each weekly contest is judged by one moderator only and is heavily affected by this person's taste i think  it would be interesting to mitigate this effect just a bit. Following Debbie Nelson suggestion, I propose an additional step to our competition: a monthly moderators' vote to choose the best picture among all the weekly winners of the month. The winning picture will be placed into XO category. What say you?
