I agree with both Carl Weis and Oshi Shikigami . My only concern here is the railing.... It does cannot be used as a leading line, the eye kind of stops there... In my opinion this picture would have been more captivating if recomposed without the railings and may moving the lens a little to the right show the passage under the bridge.... Just speculating here....
one step forward and a little higher. then the railing don't distract the view on the bridge and there is some space above the houses. perspective correction - yes and no. without it looks more like the houses are dancing, following the waves of the bridge which is nice :-)
