As far as processing - Lightroom for exposure, bring up the shadows, add a white vignette, and mess with the tonality a bit.

This rock is a stunner!
It was plenty crowded even though it was such a gray day. But I waited it out to get my shot. I wanted people in the shot, but also that clear view of Haystack.
