Finally: The Hamburg Elbe Philharmonic Hall Has Opened (January 2017)
The opening ceremony and concert took place on January 11th, 2017 broadcasted live on TV with all the VIPs and celebs as invited guests of honor that you can imagine.

I have heard that for the first season of concerts virtually all tickets have been sold out in advance. Looks like some buyers (or investors) bought on a wholesale basis.

Probably they could have a chorus of live barking dogs and the concert would still be sold out.
